Recipe of Cutlet with Potatoes in Sauce.

Ingredients Cutlet with Potatoes in Sauce:

Minced meat - 400 grams
Bow
Garlic,
Loaf soaked in milk,
Salt according to your test
And pepper

Method of Preparation: 

1) Prepare the stuffing as a cutlet. Divide the filling stuff on the balls; now make each ball roll in flour. Lay a lubricated form.
In the middle of putting the potatoes
Potatoes lightly lubricate with vegetable oil and sprinkle with spices.
Cook in the oven at 220 m * fifteen minutes.
While baked, prepare the sauce:
Mix 3 tbsp of sour cream with 1 tablespoon ketchup, add about 120 ml of water, salt and pepper.
Pour the sauce over meat-balls and cook in the oven for another 30 minutes.
