Marinated Mushrooms Recipe.

Ingredients for Marinated Mushrooms 

Mushrooms - 400 grams
Thyme (Thyme) - 4 sprigs
Pepper - 12 pieces
Vinegar - 160 ml
Sugar, sand - 1.5 tablespoons
Black pepper - 12 pieces
Coriander - 10 pieces
Garlic - 3 cloves
Lemon peel - 10 grams
Table salt - 2 teaspoons
Drinking water - 140 ml

Method of preparation 

1 Clean and boil the mushrooms for 15 minutes. Drain and boiled again in the new water for 10 minutes. Gently mix them in a bowl. Fill two sterilized half-liter jars with mushrooms for about 34 on top of each jar to put two sprigs of thyme and 14 peppers and set aside.
2 Place the remaining ingredients in a small saucepan and cook over low heat until sugar dissolve. take away from heat and carefully pour the liquid in the jars with mushroom mixture.
3 Tightly seal each jar and refrigerate. Pickled mushrooms should be ready in two days, store in the refrigerator.
