Stuffed Potatoes


Ingredients for Stuffed Potatoes
1 kg of potatoes
1 smoked leg (or any smoked meat)
200 g tomatoes
50 grams of cheese
Greens
Mayonnaise
Salt
Pepper

Method of preparation 

1) Boil potatoes (not peeled) in salted water until tender, then the potatoes cool, peel.
2) Cut lengthwise into two halves.
3) Teaspoons make a hole, remove the pulp.
4) The flesh of potatoes cut into cubes.
5) With a leg cut off meat, cut it into cubes.
6) Green Mince.
7) Dice tomatoes.
8) Mix the potato flesh, meat, tomatoes and herbs.
