Cottage Cheese Bread with Polenta.

Ingredients for Cottage cheese bread: 

250 grams young small spinach
250 grams soft cheese
2 eggs
4, Tablespoons. Spoon polenta (cornmeal)
Sea salt

Method of preparation: 

1 Spinach washed and dried, but not completely, leaving a number of droplets on the leaves. Put in a preheated pan and wide warm, stirring constantly, until it is soft and will not decrease in volume.
2. Otkinut in a colander and leave to drain for a few minutes, and then shift into a bowl to cool.
3. Vzbit eggs mixed with spinach cooled down then mix with polenta.
4. Dobavit curd, salt and leave for 15 minutes.
5. Formu oiled. Pour the batter and bake in a preheated 180 degrees oven for about 30minutes until golden brown.
6. Podavat as warm as possible and cold. Eat with any light salad.
