Ingredients for Liver Cutlets: 

Liver - 500 grams
Onions - 2 pieces
Eggs - 2 pieces.
Flour - 0.5 Art
Sour cream - 2 tablespoons lodges
Vegetable oil - for frying
Salt - to taste
Ground black pepper

Method of preparation: 

1 Wash the liver, peel and cut from the films into large chunks.
2. Liver and Onions chop in a blender.
3 Add the flour, sour cream and eggs.
4 Mix the liver tests; it should be the consistency of thick cream. Salt to taste (500 g liver will take about 1(Salts), add black pepper.
In a skillet, heat the 5 tablespoons oil. Put liver meatballs with a spoon and bake at medium heat until golden brown.
