Carrot salad with cheese


Carrot salad recipe


Ingredients


  •     Chicken fillet - 300g
  •     Large juicy carrots - 1 pc.
  •     Melted cheese curd - 1 pc.
  •     Cucumber - 1 pc.
  •     Onion - 1 pc.
  •     Parsley - beam
  •     Mayonnaise - to taste
  •     Walnut - to taste
  •     Vinegar - marinade
  •     Sugar - for the marinade
  •     Salt, ground black pepper - to taste. 


Method of preparation

    Step 1 onion cut into half rings, marinated in vinegar with sugar.
    Step 2 Boil the chicken fillet in salted water, cool and disassemble into pieces.
    Step 3 Boil the carrots, peel, cut into large strips.
    Step 4 cucumber cut into strips.
    Step 5 Processed cheese cut into stripes.
    Step 6 parsley leaves on a break.
    Step 7 All place in a container, salt and pepper.
    Step 8: Dress the salad with mayonnaise and mix.
    Step 9 When serving sprinkle with crushed walnuts.
