Open Sandwich With Roasted Tomatoes, Cheese And Balsamic Vinegar.

Cheese Sandwich Roasted


Ingredients Open Sandwich 
3 tomatoes
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons of garlic extruded
1 teaspoon salt
12 teaspoon ground pepper
2 pinches of sugar
6 pieces of crispy bread
3 tablespoons butter, melted
50 grams grated cheese (Parmesan)
60 grams of goat cheese
2 tablespoons of chopped herbs (basil, parsley, rosemary)
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

Method of preparation 
1) Heat the oven on 230 degrees. Cover the baking sheet with foil. Slice the tomatoes and place them on the foil, in a small bowl fluff up together olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper and sugar. Sbryzite tomatoes with this mixture, cook in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes only.
