Ingredients

    Fresh fish - 1 pc.
    Lavash - 1 pc.
    Tomato - 1 pc.
    Cilantro - 1 bunch
    Lemon - 0.5 pc.
    Butter - 2 tbsp
    Salt and pepper - to taste.

Method of preparation


  •     Step 1 Brush pita bread with butter.
  •     Step 2 fish to clean, wash, salt and pepper and drizzle with lemon juice squeezed.
  •     Step 3 Inside the fish fill the finely chopped cilantro, small slices of tomato, a slice of butter. Before                 filling be sure to salt and pepper stuffing. Just everything you can add onion bulb.
  •     Step 4 Tighten the prepared fish in a pita.
  •     Step 5 Foil wrap pita bread and place the bundle in a pre-heated to 190 degrees oven t. Bake until                 tender, about 40 minutes.
  •     Step 6 Serve the fish directly into the pita. As a side dish can be cooked vegetable salad.
