Home Made Recipe of Pot Roast.



Ingredients For Pot Roast 

Pork - 700 grams
Potatoes - 5 pieces.
Onion large - 1 piece
Carrots large - 1 piece
Bell pepper - 1 -2 pieces
Tomatoes - 2-3 pieces.
Sour cream - 200 grams
Provence herbs – according to taste
Black pepper - according to taste
Salt - according to taste
Cheese - 200 grams
Greens - according to taste


Method of preparation 

1 Cut the meat into small pieces, add salt and pepper, add Italian herbs and leave to marinate for 30 to 35 minutes only.
2 Prepare the vegetables Peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes, chop the onions, carrots grate, pepper cut into small cubes and tomatoes cut into half rings.
3 Lay out all the layers. At the bottom put the potatoes, a little bit of grease presplit and sour cream. Next, layer 4 carrots.
