Rolls with Vegetables


Ingredients for Rolls with Vegetables:

Lavash (thin) - 1 piece
Bulgarian pepper (red) - 3 units
Carrots - 3 pieces
Cabbage - 0.5 cabbages
Greens (parsley or dill)
Lemon (juice) - 0.5 pc
Pepper

Method of preparation 

1) Cut the carrots, cabbage, and red pepper into the strips.
2) Add the chopped parsley or dilled.
3) Now shake over the vegetables with lemon juice and pepper, and then bind the ducts in a thin pita.
4) Fry each roll lightly on Teflon from both sides for a few minutes.
