5 Cover with leaves and pour the corn in cold water.
6 Put on the fire and bring to a boil. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on medium heat young ears, 10-15 minutes well ripened.
7 Then remove from heat, drain the hot water and rinse with cold.
8 Share cob on a paper towel and blot excess water.
9 Dry cobs send in the freezer, spread out on a wide tray or platter.
10 When podmerznet corn, cobs can be shifted in the bag or plastic container.
11 Boiled corn for the winter at home can be stored in the freezer all year until the next season. For serving it is necessary to send in hot water without defrosting and boil for about 10 minutes.
